Our Annual Squirrel-O-Ween event is coming up on Friday, October 27th. It’s from 5:30 – 8:30 pm at The Diamond!

This annual event was created as a safe space for children and families to gather during Halloween weekend. Children of all ages trick-or-treat through our 15 suites. We have hayrides, games, crafts and live music. Most importantly this event is FREE to attend. Free hayrides, free games/crafts and more! Last year was our largest yet and had over 2,000+ people attend.

The attached flyer asks for donations for this event. I have listed what we are looking for below. Thank you for reading and I hope you consider donating to this amazing annual event. As a reminder if you have donation vouchers, they must be used before the end of this season.   1. Pumpkins of any size ** Priority
  2. Paint supplies for pumpkins (paint, brushes etc.)
  3. Haybales
  4. Decorations of all sorts ** Priority
  5. Pies for our pie eating contest – 6 pies
  6. Donuts for our donut eating contest – 24 donuts
  7. Gift cards to purchase supplies
