DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS TO BE SOLD/SERVICES RENDERED: The Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce is no longer accepting applications for the Wine Festival, as all openings have been filled. For further information contact our office at (804) 748-6364.

You will be notified no later than April 8, 2010 of your acceptance into the event/show. An accepted application constitutes commitment to the show. No refunds will be given for any reason. By signing below, I attest I have read and understand the attached event regulations and agree to abide by and be bound by them. I will apply for and have the required permits and licenses 14 days prior to the event. A copy of the certificate of insurance must be sent to the Chamber office a minimum of 10 days prior to the event.

A limited supply of ice will be provided throughout the day for each wine vendor. No electricity is available and no generators are allowed. You are responsible for maintaining your own space each day; use dumpster to dispose of all boxes and trash of any kind.
Wine Festival is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please take or secure items before leaving the event overnight.

All table/chair/tent rentals must be reserved in advance and payment made with submission of the registration form.

Signature: (in lieu of signature submission of application will constitute a binding contract between vendor and the Chamber)
